Municipal technicians relied on verbal instructions and paper logs. Equipment failures weren't tracked until they caused public disruptions, and there was no visibility into maintenance history or technician workloads.
We built a GMAO (Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur) system with mobile-first work order creation, GPS technician tracking, QR-coded asset management, and automated preventive maintenance scheduling.
An AI crop yield prediction and irrigation scheduling platform built for Tunisian farmers — combining satellite data, weather APIs, and machine learning to optimize harvests.
Small-scale farmers in central Tunisia had no access to data-driven tools. Irrigation was based on intuition, and unexpected droughts or overcropping led to significant yield losses each season.
We trained LSTM-based time-series models on 10 years of agricultural and weather data, integrated with Sentinel-2 satellite imagery for NDVI analysis. Farmers receive weekly AI recommendations via SMS and a lightweight web dashboard.
